Looking for a highly qualified instructor for your workplace yoga program?

In some workplaces, the employer provides a space and participants split the cost. Larger employers often sponsor the program; it is a very cost-effective benefit to offer employees!

    I hold the following qualifications:

    • Fully insured
    • ACE certified group fitness instructor
    • ACE yoga specialty certification
    • Yoga Alliance registered
    • Trained in first aid
    • CPR/AED certified

  • Half-hour (perfect for lunchtime): $35
  • Full hour: $55
  • Maximum # of participants: 20
  • A typical program meets once per week, often during the lunch hour
  • I can provide music, boombox, and some props. Students will need a yoga mat.

Your instructor: Lauren Haas, RYT
Lauren has been doing yoga for over 25 years. She holds an ACE certification with a yoga specialty and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Lauren recieved her yoga certification after studying Iyengar yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico during an intense four-week residential training course. Lauren is currently studying for a degree in exercise/wellness at SIU-Edwardsville. She specializes in meditation and mind-body connection.
